Please carefully read all details before making the reservation
1.One Ticket Per Person
•Each person, using one email address, may reserve only ONE ticket per event day.
•Reservations are non-transferable. If you are unable to attend the event or do not arrive before 13:00 hrs, your reservation will be released to other walk-in attendees.
•Tickets are completely FREE OF CHARGE. Everyone will have an equal opportunity to register on the designated date and time.
•We strongly discourage any individuals or groups from taking advantage of this goodwill arrangement by reselling tickets for profit.
2.First-Come, First-Served System
•Once you enter the ticket reservation website on 30 May 2026, if the system reaches capacity, you will automatically enter a “Waiting Lobby” showing your Ǫueue Number
•Please do not close your browser. You will be automatically redirected to the registration page on the first come, first served basis.
3.Information Required for Registration
1.Your Identification Number
•Original NRC / Student Card number (for Myanmar nationals)
•Passport number (for non-Myanmar nationals)
2.Your Full Name and Date of Birth as Written in Your Identification document
•Due to security reasons, registered participants must be at least 15 years old (born on or before 2011). The system will not allow registration for participants below this age requirement.
3.Active mobile phone number
4.Valid email address
5.Name and Mobile Number of Your Emergency Contact
•Please ensure that all information is correct before submission the Personal Information Page, as changes cannot be made afterward.
•The organizer reserves the right to cancel reservations made with incorrect or false information.
4.Seat Selection System
•This year, participants can select their preferred seat number based on the venue layout provided.
•Seat selection must be completed within 5 minutes, otherwise the session will expire automatically, and you will need to restart the process from the beginning.
•When you are on the seat selection page, you will be able to view the real-time status of all seats (Available / Reserved / Confirmed), which will be displayed in different colors. (There will be a legend provided on the page for explanation.)
•However, there may be a slight delay of approximately 5 seconds in the status update. For example, when one user selects a seat shown as “Available,” it may take up to 5 seconds for the system to update and display that seat status to other users. During this short period, another user may still see the seat as available and attempt to select the same seat. In such cases, the reservation right will belong to the user who selected the seat first.
5.Booking Confirmation
•After successful registration, a confirmation page with your Booking ID and ǪR Code will appear. We suggest you take a screenshot of the page for your own record.
•Please note that the ǪR code generated can only be scanned by the Organiser at the event. If you try scanning it yourself, it will not display any information.
•A confirmation email will also be sent automatically to your registered email address.

7.Ticket Collection At The Venue
1.Ticket Collection Time 08:30–13:00 hrs (on each event day)
2.Please prepare
•Original NRC / Student Card (Myanmar nationals) or Original Passport (foreigners)
•Confirmation email or Screenshot of the Booking confirmation with ǪR Code
•Mobile phone with the registered phone number
3.Attendees may collect tickets according to their pre-booked seat numbers. Please rest assured that early arrival is not necessary.
4.Reservations not claimed by 13:00 hrs will be automatically canceled and released to others.
